summary:
People came from other places to have the marathon but due to sand storms the run was cancelled. People were angry as they booked the airline tickets and hotels which cost them a few thousands dollars.President barack obama has helped out.Many people died due to the sand storm and no electricity for four days.
opinion:
I think that the people taking part should not be angry, as the people organizing did not know that the sand storm would happen.Furthermore,they have made compensation such as food, blankets, portable toilets, generators.Even if the race was called off,they could still stay in the hotel they booked and take the opportunity to take a look at other country scenery, tourist attraction and treating it as a break or the trip there would be wasted.
